How Pickup Works

  1. Select your landscape materials and quantities.

  2. Choose pickup during the ordering process.

  3. Select an available weekday pickup date.

  4. Complete your order and payment.

  5. Wait until your order is confirmed as ready.

  6. Bring your order information when collecting your materials.

Please do not arrive before your order has been confirmed as ready for pickup.

Bring a Suitable Truck or Open-Top Trailer

Landscape materials are heavy. Make sure your truck or trailer has enough legal payload capacity to carry your complete order safely.

Check the vehicle manufacturer’s payload and towing limits before placing your order. Do not rely on the vehicle’s appearance when deciding whether it can safely carry the material.

Loading may be refused when the vehicle, trailer or proposed load appears unsafe.

Before Arriving

  • Confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

  • Bring your order number.

  • Clear the truck box or trailer before arriving.

  • Make sure the loading area is accessible.

  • Confirm that the vehicle can safely carry the order.

  • Bring suitable straps or equipment to secure the load.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securing their materials before leaving the property. If you do not have suitable transportation, select landscape bag delivery when placing your order.
