How Delivery Works

2. Select delivery during the ordering process.

3. Enter your complete delivery address and postal code.

4. Select an available delivery date.

5. Pay the applicable delivery charge.

6. Include important access or placement details with your order.

7. Keep the delivery area clear and accessible.

Delivery is available throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

Delivery charges are based on the destination. Enter your complete address during the ordering process to select the correct delivery option.

Preparing for Delivery

• Remove vehicles, trailers, garbage bins and other obstacles.

• Choose a firm and level placement area.

• Make sure there is enough space for the delivery equipment.

• Mark the requested placement location clearly.

• Check for overhead wires, branches and low structures.

• Keep children and pets away from the unloading area.

• Make sure gates and access routes are clear.

Bag Placement

The driver will assess the property before unloading. Landscape bags will only be placed where the equipment can safely access the requested area.

Requested placement is not guaranteed. Final placement remains at the driver’s discretion to protect people, property, landscaping and delivery equipment.

Delivery equipment cannot travel over areas that are soft, narrow, steep, obstructed or otherwise unsafe.

Delivery Dates and Arrival Times

Delivery is typically scheduled within 1 to 3 days after your order is placed. The date selected during ordering is your preferred delivery date and remains subject to availability, weather, traffic, equipment and site conditions.

Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. You do not need to be present for delivery as long as you provide clear instructions showing where the landscape bags should be placed. Keep the delivery and placement areas clear and accessible throughout the delivery period.
